The Electronics department started in 1995 and offers complementary course in Electronics for B.Sc Computer Science Programme. The Complementary course includes Electronic Devices, Electronic Circuits, Digital Electronics and Communication Systems. Duration of the complementary course is 4 semesters.

In 2024 Calicut University introduced Four Year UG Programme. Now the department offers Minor Course and Multidisciplinary Courses. The Electronics Laboratory is well equipped with sufficient number of electronic components, trainer kits and instruments. The Central library of the college has a good collection of books in Electronics.
